It was during the wee hours of the morning; between 2 am and 3 am. I was feeling a little drowsy, and I needed a little pick me up. All Starbucks along 1-85 headed north are closed at this time. However, the travel centers are opened, so me and Karr (1994 Honda Accord) set it's navigation systems to to scan for the next center.

Thank God for rest area's along I-85. Most of the facilities are mostly new or some are undergoing renovation. After drinking so much coffee on the Da road one can't help but to stop.
I feel safe stopping at the rest area's at night, they are brightly lit,
lots of security camera's, and the State Police make their regular visits.
